Our Story
This family BBQ journey began as a backyard hobby and slowly grew to a 20 ft. BBQ trailer that you can find set up a couple of times per month in the Waco, TX area. Follow us on Facebook or bookmark this website to keep up with our calendar. We would love for you to come see us!!
Our Menu
Reid Family BBQ is simple. Traditional Central Texas BBQ smoked low and slow with Central Texas post oak on our offset smoker named Green Gene. Delicious BBQ with no fluff or frills. We offer BBQ sauce, but you really don't need it.

We set up and sell our BBQ a couple of times per month. We try to make plenty, but we usually sell out before the day is over. Don't wait. Find out where we will be and get there as soon as you can.
